Truth is Within You

We live in a society in constant need of approval from “out there” which can never satisfy the soul within.

The “joy” of life is a spiritual connection with one’s I Am and not the approval of another person or society. Sure, such can uplift the ego but the ego is not your true essence. That resides between you and you (or for me, me and God).

From that place your true path, gifts, and purpose emerge. And from their you not only attract all you ever wished for in life but also extreme happiness 💝

Time

Spend time, your precious time, with people who you value and who value you. From volunteering your time, to family, to friends - 

The “Dash” is the shortest marker on a gravestone yet it encompasses your entire life. How will you spend it?

Hugs

In this fast paced, technological world we live in, have we lost the meaning of loving thy neighbor as thy self? So many people I come across are just lonely, or hurting emotionally, or simply sad. 

It’s amazing what a heartfelt, 30 sec hug can do for another human soul 

Friendship

We are relationship beings and friendships are vital to our overall health; and some are worth a little extra effort. 

Michael Landon was a very interesting man taken from us way too early from cancer. He created, wrote, directed, and produced a wonderful show in 1984 called "Highway to Heaven." It may be a bit corny by today's standards but it's messages are profound.
